The new logo is simple, subtle and more appealing visually. It loses the transparent white strip at the bottom and the "f" has got bigger, appearing more like a symbol than a letter. Facebook has also made changes in the design of some other official pages like Facebook Developers, Facebook live, Sports, Privacy, Security, Universities, Mobile and US Government.
During the past few day, the social conglomerate appears to be extremely busy to provide more personal experience to users. Facebook has redesigned the newsfeed and released Facebook Home for select devices. The newsfeed went through overhaul to reduce the clutter and focus more on the useful content. Previously users have to struggle to find relevant information from the clutter of sponsored material, but by enlarging the newsfeed posts user can now engage and interact with stories more easily. Facebook Home is software that enable Android users replace their home screen with Facebook newsfeed. Although the Facebook Home has not received five star rating yet, it is downloaded 500000 times in just 10 days. The refreshed Facebook logo is rolling out with redesigned newsfeed and Facebook Home.
